    Yes. Our prices are in AUD and include gst. All payments are charged in AUD.

    Yes. Our secure checkout process is encrypted and all payments are processed via Shopify's secure network. This means we never see or store your financial information.

    DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?
    Unfortunately we only deliver to Australian addresses.
    DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOX OR PARCEL POINT?
    Sorry we can not deliver to a PO BOX or PARCEL COLLECTION POINT. We require a physical address and signature upon delivery.
    HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?
    Due to size and weight of our furniture all deliveries are made via road courier service. Standard delivery times apply from our Sydney warehouse.

    HOW LONG IS WARRANTY?
    All products are covered by our standard 12 months Australian warranty unless otherwise specified.
    DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
    Yes we accept 30 day returns if you are not happy with your purchase. Products must be free of damage and be packed in original packaging.
    HOW DO I REPAIR UNDER WARRANTY?
    Our team is here to help with any warranty work that will be needed. Please contact warranty@bestchair.com.au with your order details and description of fault so our team can send you further instructions.
